Referral service, not a contractor
Tennessee Foundation Repair does not perform foundation repairs, does not inspect, diagnose, or certify foundations or structures, does not employ crews or structural engineers, and does not hold a contractor license. Calling the number on this site may connect you with a participating independent foundation repair contractor, which is solely responsible for its evaluation, recommendations, pricing, repairs, permits, licensing, insurance, warranties, and conduct. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. We do not verify, certify, insure, or supervise participating contractors, and we don't represent that any particular contractor is licensed, insured, or an engineer. Ask them directly, and check the state's license verification search.
No foundation repair method is right for every house or guaranteed to solve a particular problem, and not every service is available in every location. Ask any contractor what their written warranty covers.
We don't guarantee that a participating provider will be available in your area, at a particular time, or for a particular type of job, and we don't guarantee any outcome.
